What Company Culture Are You Most Comfortable With?

TL;DR: This is as much about you evaluating fit as it is about them evaluating you.

Be specific and honest

Describe the working environments where you've genuinely done your best work — pace, structure, communication style — rather than guessing what they want to hear.

Use this as real mutual evaluation

If you describe a preference for high structure and clear process, and the interviewer's answers suggest a chaotic, ambiguous environment, that's genuinely useful information for you too — not just a test you need to pass.

Avoid answers that only flatter them

Reciting language straight from their careers page ("I love a fast-paced, collaborative environment!") without any real specifics reads as generic. Ground your answer in an actual past experience.
