When (and How) to Write a Two-Page Resume

TL;DR: Two pages is appropriate at senior levels, but every line still needs to earn its place.

Earn the second page

A two-page resume should be two pages of dense, relevant achievement — not one page of content stretched with white space.

Trim outdated or irrelevant roles

Even with more space available, older or less relevant positions can often be condensed to a single line rather than a full bullet list.
