Are You Interviewing With Other Companies?

TL;DR: Honesty here can actually work in your favor by signaling you're an in-demand candidate.

Be honest, without oversharing

You can simply say you're exploring a few opportunities without naming specific companies, which is both truthful and creates healthy urgency.

If you have a competing offer or timeline

It's reasonable and often strategically smart to mention a concrete timeline ("I have another process moving toward a decision in the next two weeks") — it can help move a stalled process forward.

If you're not interviewing elsewhere

That's fine to say too. You don't need to manufacture competing interest; focus instead on why you're specifically motivated by this opportunity.
