Most guarantees cover interview volume within a set period, not a job offer itself — and usually require you to actually apply to a minimum number of roles using the new resume.

What a real guarantee should specify

• The exact metric being guaranteed (interviews, not offers)
• The time window
• What you're required to do to qualify (e.g., apply to X roles)
• What happens if the guarantee isn't met (rewrite vs. refund)

A red flag to watch for

If a company guarantees a job offer rather than interviews, that's not a realistic promise — no resume service controls a hiring decision, and that language alone is worth treating skeptically.
