What Are Your Strengths?

TL;DR: The goal isn't to list adjectives — it's to prove, with a specific example, that a strength is real and relevant to this role.

Pick strengths relevant to the job

Read the job description and choose 2-3 strengths that map directly to what the role actually requires, not a generic list of positive traits.

Back each one with proof

For every strength you name, give one concrete example of it in action, ideally with a measurable outcome attached.

Example

"One of my strengths is turning ambiguous problems into structured plans. On my last team, I took a vague directive to 'improve onboarding' and built a 90-day plan that cut new-hire ramp time by three weeks."
