Core Responsibilities: Administration, Training, and Optimization
This Administrator acts as the internal RealPage SME, responsible for both system health and user proficiency, especially concerning affordable housing systems.
- System Configuration & Maintenance:
- Maintain and configure the RealPage Unified Platform.
- Coordinate with RealPage support teams, troubleshoot errors, run diagnostics, and document resolutions.
- Ensure site property's affordable real page systems are running properly and that full optimization of the software is utilized.
- Provide technical specifications to IT staff for planning new features and upgrades.
- Training & Documentation:
- Serve as the department’s RealPage Subject Matter Expert (SME) and assist staff with software-related support issues.
- Create and facilitate RealPage training programs (virtual and instructor-led).

Required Experience and Skills

- RealPage Expertise (Required):
- Minimum three (3) years of experience as a superuser of RealPage Unified Platform or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of RealPage products and services is required.
- Knowledge of affordable housing is a plus.
- Operations & Process Management: Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing complex multi-disciplinary processes.
- Industry Knowledge: Advanced understanding of property management required at both corporate and property levels.
