Source of Data: We collect information directly from you when you create a profile, submit a consultation request, or provide documents for service activation. We also collect data from publicly available job sites when executing searches on your behalf.

We use your personal and career data primarily to fulfill our service commitments to you:
- Job Application & Placement: To submit applications (up to 400+ per week depending on plan) directly on your behalf.
- Profile Optimization: To tailor your resume, cover letters, and LinkedIn profile to meet Applicant Tracking System (ATS) requirements and specific job descriptions.
- Direct Internal Access: To conduct strategic outreach and networking with recruiters, hiring managers, and decision-makers within our network to secure internal referrals.
- Communication: To provide real-time updates on your job search progress, scheduled interviews, and to offer interview and negotiation coaching.
- Service Improvement: To analyze the effectiveness of our placement strategies and improve our proprietary systems and success rate (currently 95% over 6 months).
