SWJ Technologie is seeking a WMS System Administrator – Blue Yonder for a leading electrical manufacturer in Hessen, Germany.

• Assignment Duration: Planned Q1 2026 to Q4 2027

This role is essential for maintaining and supporting the Blue Yonder WMS (Warehouse Management System) across approximately 80 global sites. Your mission is to ensure system stability, security, and optimal performance while actively supporting a massive global rollout.

Core Responsibilities:

You will act as the technical owner of the system, balancing routine maintenance with high-impact deployment activities:

• WMS Administration & Configuration: Administer, configure, and maintain Blue Yonder WMS environments across all global sites.
• System Reliability & Monitoring: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement technical solutions to ensure system uptime and reliability.
• Rollout Support: Provide system setup, configuration, and deployment assistance to support the global rollout.
• Security & Access: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Implement and maintain essential backup, recovery, and security procedures.
• Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system-related issues and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

Required Technical Skills:

The client is looking for a professional with hands-on experience in enterprise-level logistics software:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a System Administrator, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
• Core WMS Skill: Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS or a similar warehouse management system.
• Technical Foundation: Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting, including familiarity with databases and network environments.
• Preferred Skills: Experience supporting global software rollouts and an understanding of logistics and supply chain processes are highly preferred.
