​Praxis is a biotechnology firm dedicated to high-impact clinical research. As the Veeva Systems Administrator, you will be the primary technical steward for the Veeva Vault platform, specifically focusing on QualityDocs and QMS (Quality Management Systems). This role sits at the intersection of IT and Quality Assurance, ensuring that the systems supporting clinical trials are compliant, validated, and efficient.

• ​Compensation: $95,000 – $115,000 USD

• ​Experience: 5+ years in Pharmaceuticals/Biotechnology.
• ​Certification: Veeva System Admin certification required.
• ​Core Tech: Veeva Vault (QualityDocs, QMS), IRT, EDC, eDiary systems.

​Veeva Vault Administration & Configuration

​You will manage the day-to-day operations of the Veeva Vault ecosystem. This includes the full lifecycle of user management (onboarding and offboarding) and making minor configuration changes to the Vault environment to meet evolving business needs. You will also be responsible for developing custom Veeva Reports and Dashboards to provide leadership with visibility into quality metrics and document status.

​Computer System Validation (CSV) & Compliance

​A critical component of this role is supporting Computer System Validation (CSV). You will assist in the development, review, and execution of validation plans, user requirements, and protocols. Ensuring that the software remains in a validated state after releases is essential for maintaining GxP compliance and meeting the rigorous standards of the pharmaceutical industry.

​Clinical Trial Systems Support (UAT)

​Beyond Veeva, you will provide technical support for external clinical systems, including IRT (Interactive Response Technology), EDC (Electronic Data Capture), and eDiary systems. You will assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure these systems are fit for purpose before they are used in live clinical trials, acting as the bridge between technical vendors and internal clinical teams.
