ARB Interactive, a fast-growing tech startup in the social casino/gaming space, is seeking a proactive and experienced IT Systems Administrator. This key role is responsible for owning and evolving the company’s identity, device, and access management ecosystem in a hybrid macOS and Windows environment.

This is a Full-time, Remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities and Identity Mandate

The Administrator will lead the administration of critical identity and device management tools, ensuring security, compliance (NIST, SOC2, PCI), and a frictionless experience for a fast-paced, distributed team.

• Identity, Access & Device Management:
  • Lead administration of Okta (SSO/IDP), JAMF Pro (MDM), and Microsoft Intune, ensuring secure user and device lifecycle management.
  • Manage Microsoft Entra and Google Workspace integrations for identity federation and policy enforcement.
  • Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and automate provisioning/deprovisioning workflows.
  • Ensure compliance and a frictionless onboarding/offboarding experience.
• Systems & Infrastructure: Oversee and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including network configurations and SaaS integrations.
• Security & Compliance:
  • Collaborate with security teams to uphold data protection standards suitable for a social casino environment.
  • Ensure systems align with frameworks like NIST, SOC2, and PCI compliance requirements.
  • Develop documentation, run regular audits, and enforce best practices for zero-trust access control.
• Support & Projects: Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for escalated identity and endpoint issues. Lead strategic IT initiatives (tool rollouts, MDM/IDP enhancements) and manage vendors.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

The role requires mid-to-senior level progressive IT experience with expert-level knowledge of specific IDP and MDM tools across multiple operating systems.

• Experience: 5–8 years of progressive IT experience with a focus on systems administration, identity management, and endpoint management.
• Core Tool Expertise (Mandatory): Expertise with Okta, JAMF Pro, Microsoft Entra/Intune, and Google Workspace.
• Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of macOS and Windows administration in hybrid or remote environments.
• Security: Proven experience managing SSO integrations, MDM deployments, and zero-trust access models. Systematic, security-first mindset.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of scripting or automation (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
  • Experience in gaming or other fast-paced, high-growth industries.
  • Cybersecurity certifications and experience.
