The company, Solidago (implied), is seeking a RealPage Systems Administrator and Trainer. This role is a hybrid position focused on the technical configuration, optimization, and continuing education of all employees regarding the RealPage Unified Platform and related operational procedures.
This is a Full-time, Remote position with a salary range of $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually.
Core Responsibilities: Administration, Training, and Optimization
This Administrator acts as the internal RealPage SME, responsible for both system health and user proficiency, especially concerning affordable housing systems.
- System Configuration & Maintenance:
- Maintain and configure the RealPage Unified Platform.
- Coordinate with RealPage support teams, troubleshoot errors, run diagnostics, and document resolutions.
- Ensure site property’s affordable real page systems are running properly and that full optimization of the software is utilized.
- Provide technical specifications to IT staff for planning new features and upgrades.
- Training & Documentation:
- Serve as the department’s RealPage Subject Matter Expert (SME) and assist staff with software-related support issues.
- Create and facilitate RealPage training programs (virtual and instructor-led).
- Design, develop, and customize technology training and instructional materials following company standards.
- Create and deliver detailed technical documentation on operational processes.
- Process & Reporting:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve system functionality and related processes.
- Track and measure employee progress and the effectiveness of training programs.
- Develop and update tools and reports for ongoing access to learning information.
Required Experience and Skills
The role demands a candidate with direct experience as a RealPage power user, combined with extensive operations management and strong training/communication abilities.
- RealPage Expertise (Required):
- Minimum three (3) years of experience as a superuser of RealPage Unified Platform or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of RealPage products and services is required.
- Knowledge of affordable housing is a plus.
- Operations & Process Management: Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing complex multi-disciplinary processes.
- Industry Knowledge: Advanced understanding of property management required at both corporate and property levels.
- Communication & Training:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, specializing in technical writing and documentation.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to elicit cooperation from all levels of the organization.
