The role’s core function is to ensure the high availability and security of the enterprise-level domain environment, acting as the technical expert for strategic design and troubleshooting.

• Domain Design & Maintenance: Design and maintain enterprise-level domain environments, including the structure and identity synchronization.
• Policy & Security: Lead policy design and management, implementing security baselines and ensuring compliance.
• Identity Management (IdM): Develop and implement identity and access management strategies, integrating advanced security policies.
• Automation: Utilize strong scripting and automation skills to optimize infrastructure and operational processes.
• Escalation Support: Provide top-tier escalation support for all domain-related incidents and performance optimization.

Required Qualifications: Specialized Enterprise Experience

This position demands over a decade of systems administration experience, with a significant portion dedicated to domain services in large, complex organizations.

• Experience: Twelve years of progressive systems administration experience, with seven years specifically focused on domain services in large enterprises.
• Certification: Certification in domain and identity management is required.
