​Deepwatch is a leading managed security services provider (MSSP) protecting Fortune 100 and mid-sized enterprises. As the Sr. Systems Administrator, you will report directly to the CISO and serve as the technical owner of the ServiceNow platform. This role is unique in that it combines high-level platform governance (CMDB, workflows, and licensing) with broader IT operations across a modern, macOS-centric SaaS stack including Okta, Google Workspace, and Kandji.

• ​Compensation: $77,500 – $96,900 USD + Stock Options
• ​Location: Hybrid (3x/week in Tampa, FL)
• ​Experience: 3–5 years in IT, with 3+ years specifically in ServiceNow administration.
• ​Core Tech: ServiceNow (ITSM/CMDB), Okta, Google Workspace, Kandji (MDM), Jira.
• ​Compliance: ITAR Compliance required (U.S. Person status).

​ServiceNow Platform Ownership & Automation

​You will be the primary architect for Deepwatch’s ServiceNow environment. This includes managing the full lifecycle of customer setup and offboarding, maintaining the CMDB (Configuration Management Database), and building sophisticated automation using Flow Designer and JavaScript/Glide scripting. You will also oversee platform governance, including licensing, vendor management, and ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices.

​Identity & Access Management (IAM)

​As a pivotal member of the security-focused IT team, you will administer Okta to handle identity management across the organization. You will be responsible for SSO/SAML federations, role-based access controls (RBAC), and automating the user lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding) in coordination with HR. Your work ensures that every Deepwatch employee has secure, seamless access to Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace.

​macOS Endpoint & SaaS Operations

​Deepwatch is a macOS-heavy environment. You will manage endpoint compliance and deployment through Kandji MDM. This involves configuring security policies, managing software updates, and troubleshooting hardware issues for a distributed workforce. You will also serve as an escalation point for complex IT support issues, ensuring that internal endpoint operations meet SOC2 and ISO27001 compliance standards.
