This is a pivotal role for a Solution Engineer to join a growing team, where you will be deeply involved in the pre-sales process for a variety of cutting-edge technology projects. Reporting directly to the VP of Solutions Engineering, you will be a key player in demonstrating and creating value for NeuraFlash’s services and products. Your expertise will be crucial in building technical credibility through compelling demonstrations and crafting accurate and competitive proposals for projects. This position offers the flexibility of remote work for candidates across the United States, as well as in specific regions of Canada, India, and Colombia.


Core Responsibilities and Daily Contributions

As a Solution Engineer at NeuraFlash, you will serve as a vital liaison between the sales and technical teams, driving efficiency in customer sales responses and product improvements. Your work will directly influence the company’s growth and market penetration within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will have a unique opportunity to contribute to product development efforts by providing invaluable field feedback to product managers, helping to advance the company’s portfolio of AppExchange products.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Product Demonstration and Value Creation: You will be the face of the technology, demonstrating Amazon, Salesforce, and NeuraFlash’s own products and assets to potential customers.
  • Discovery and Collaboration: You will lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospects and customers to gather detailed requirements for large-scale Amazon Connect and business transformation projects.
  • Proposal and RFP Response: You will work closely with the NeuraFlash delivery team to create and modify proposals (SOWs) and craft detailed responses to RFPs, ensuring they are both accurate and compelling.
  • Sales Process Management: You will help maintain and update lead management, pipeline, and forecasting data in Salesforce, providing crucial support to the sales team.
  • Strategic Recommendations: You will leverage your expertise to provide recommendations to customers and internal teams on how to best utilize Salesforce and AI to meet specific business needs.
  • Customer Experience: Your role is to continuously ensure the highest possible level of customer experience throughout the pre-sales process and beyond.

Essential Qualifications and Candidate Profile

NeuraFlash is looking for a professional with a strong blend of technical skills and customer-facing experience. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience selling CRM solutions or services, with a strong preference for experience within the Amazon Connect ecosystem. You should also have 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with pre-sales or solution engineering experience being a significant advantage. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar technical field is required, or you must have equivalent practical experience.

Beyond the formal qualifications, several skills are highly preferred:

  • Consulting Background: 2-3 years in a consulting role is a plus.
  • Technical Acumen: An expert understanding of contact center telephony solutions and a solid grasp of the Salesforce Service Cloud platform and its architecture.
  • Passion for AI: A keen interest in rapidly learning and staying current with advancements in the AI space.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer-facing skills, excellent communication, and a team-player attitude.
  • Drive and Ambition: A passion to succeed and a desire to drive the company forward through innovation.

NeuraFlash offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000. The company provides a flexible, remote-first culture that values good work over a rigid 9-to-5 schedule.
