Regional Technology Manager
BairesDev®, a technology project leader providing solutions to clients like Google and Silicon Valley startups, is hiring a Regional Technology Manager. This key leadership position is responsible for shaping the technology strategy, providing thought leadership, and overseeing the delivery of cutting-edge solutions for external clients.
This is a full-time, remote position (when not traveling) that offers flexible hours and an excellent compensation package.
Role Summary and Client Strategy Mandate
The Regional Technology Manager will serve as a high-level technical consultant and leader, balancing technology oversight with direct customer engagement. The role requires a strong customer focus to ensure technology solutions are not only innovative but also directly aligned with clients’ long-term business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy & Oversight: Oversee the development and implementation of technology for external clients. Develop the technical aspects of clients’ strategy to ensure alignment with their business goals.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain a customer-focused outlook and aid in the delivery of projects and services. Present tailored technology solutions to critical accounts.
- Innovation & Policy: Develop policies and procedures using technology to enhance both internal products and external services.
- Leadership & Thought Leadership: Act as a thought leader in both internal strategy and external client engagements. Drive company strategy through market insights and technological perspectives.
- Financial Management: Manage technology budgets and suggest investments.
Required Experience and Qualifications
The successful candidate will be an experienced technology leader with a strong background in the IT industry who is ready to take on a strategic role serving major client accounts.
