Unlike client-facing roles, this position focuses on driving internal organizational transformation, operational efficiency, and large-scale process adoption across their global workforce.

​Internal Enterprise Transformation

​You will lead complex internal initiatives that support enterprise-wide transformation. This requires a focus on Organizational Readiness, ensuring that new internal processes or strategic shifts are communicated effectively and adopted by over 4,000 employees worldwide.

​EPMO Governance & Smartsheet

​As a power user of Smartsheet, you will be responsible for maintaining project schedules and rigorous RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies). All project delivery must align with strict EPMO quality standards and internal KPIs to ensure predictable outcomes.

​Executive Presence & Partnership

​A core requirement is the ability to partner with senior leaders to define project scope and success criteria. You will be responsible for creating and delivering executive-ready dashboards and presentations that provide high-level visibility into project health and strategic alignment.

​Summary: You are the operational backbone for UST HealthProof’s internal evolution. By bridging the gap between senior leadership’s vision and technical execution through Smartsheet and EPMO governance, you ensure internal projects move the needle on enterprise strategy.
