Relevate Health, a healthcare agency, is hiring an experienced Operations Specialist, Workfront System Admin to join their growing team. This pivotal role ensures accurate project timelines, effective capacity planning, and operational efficiency through expert administration of the Adobe Workfront system.

This is a Full-time, Partially Remote (Hybrid Model) position in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.


Core Duties and Workfront Mandate

The specialist will serve as the subject matter expert for Workfront, utilizing the platform to drive resource planning, financial forecasting, and cross-departmental alignment.

  • Workfront Administration: Willingness to learn and support the VP, Operations, and Finance with system maintenance, updates, and general support requests, with the goal of being the full Sys Admin.
  • Timeline & Forecasting: Work with Project Managers to confirm project timelines are up to date for accurate month-end revenue recognition and long-term forecasting.
  • Capacity Planning: Meet with Department Heads to ensure task assignments are correct. Identify and help to solve bottlenecks in short-term and long-term capacity planning based on project forecasts.
  • Reporting & Data: Review and update project fields in Workfront to meet reporting requirements. Experience generating reports using both standard Report Builder and Text mode is required.
  • Process Improvement: Maintain and help to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Workfront usage. Identify opportunities to automate processes (including the use of AI) and implement solutions across the organization.
  • New Products: Develop new timelines and templates to assist in operationalizing new products and features.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess direct Workfront System Admin experience, a background in project management/operations within healthcare, and a strong problem-solving, data-driven mindset.

  • Workfront Expertise (Required): Hands-on experience in Workfront as a System Admin. Experience generating reports in Workfront using Report Builder and Text mode.
  • Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in either a Project Management or Operations role in a Healthcare Agency.
  • Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Work Authorization: Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; not eligible for visa sponsorship.
