​This is a long-term, two-year engagement focusing on the One Identity Manager platform. As an L2 Support Engineer, you will be the technical pivot point for identity lifecycle management, ensuring that “birthright” roles, access policies, and synchronization connectors function without interruption. The role combines advanced troubleshooting with a strategic focus on IAM process automation.

• ​Experience Level: Intermediate (Strong L2 One Identity platform experience)

​Identity Lifecycle & Access Governance

​You will be responsible for managing the full Identity Lifecycle, from onboarding (birthright roles) to offboarding. This includes investigating complex access and authentication issues and fine-tuning roles, entitlements, and permissions to ensure they remain compliant with organizational security policies.

​Technical Troubleshooting & Connector Management

​A core requirement of this role is resolving Synchronization Failures. You will troubleshoot and configure connectors, addressing issues with data import/export between One Identity and target systems (like Active Directory or SaaS apps). You’ll serve as the escalation point for failures that L1 teams cannot resolve.

​Process Improvement & Training

​Beyond reactive support, you will identify opportunities for IAM process automation within the One Identity platform. You are also expected to act as a mentor by providing training and documentation for L1 support teams and end users to improve overall helpdesk efficiency.

​Summary: You are the primary technical steward for the One Identity platform. By combining deep troubleshooting of synchronization connectors with a thorough understanding of role-based access control (RBAC), you ensure that users have the right access at the right time while maintaining strict security compliance.
