​Kyo, a leading provider of therapy for individuals with autism, is seeking an IT Systems & Support Administrator to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This remote role is critical for providing technical support and managing systems across the company.

  • Location: Remote (Must reside in the Houston, Dallas, Austin, Orlando, Tampa, or Miami metro areas).
  • Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 DOE and Location.
  • Experience: 4–6 years combined experience in IT administration and help desk support.
  • Focus: Tier 1/2 support, SaaS administration (Google Workspace, Jira), Mobile Device Management (MDM), asset procurement, and compliance with HIPAA standards.

​Responsibilities: Support, Systems, and Security

​The administrator balances front-line user support with back-end system management and compliance.

  • Helpdesk & End-User Support: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Promptly respond to tickets, document resolutions, and train staff on new technologies.
  • System Administration: Administer and support core company SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Jira, Genesys, and DocuSign.
  • Access & Provisioning: Manage user provisioning, access control, and deprovisioning during onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Device Management: Support the company’s MDM platform (e.g., JAMF) for device management and compliance. Troubleshoot issues with macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the procurement, deployment, tracking, and return of all company IT assets, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure system and data security, maintaining compliance with HIPAA and internal security protocols through regular updates and access monitoring.

​Required Skills

  • Experience: 4–6 years in IT administration and help desk support.
  • SaaS Proficiency: Expertise with Google Workspace administration, Jira, Genesys, DocuSign, and other SaaS applications.
  • Device Management: Experience with macOS, Windows, iOS/Android, and familiarity with MDM tools (e.g., JAMF).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
