The company is seeking a DevOps Engineer to help scale its infrastructure to serve millions of customers. This role is focused on managing, securing, and automating the cloud environment with a strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and security compliance.

This is a Full-time, Remote position.

Key Responsibilities: Scale, Automation, and Security

You will be the architect and guardian of the production environment, ensuring everything runs smoothly, securely, and automatically—the true dream of every lazy engineer.

• Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and scale cloud infrastructure to ensure uptime and conduct regular performance tuning and optimizations.
• Automation & Deployment:
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
  • Automate deployment processes for faster releases.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates.
• Security & Compliance:
  • Ensure the security and integrity of cloud systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry security standards.
  • Perform security assessments and vulnerability analysis.
• Reliability: Implement disaster recovery and data backup solutions.
• Monitoring: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and develop monitoring and alerting systems.
• Practice & Documentation: Research and implement new DevOps tools and practices, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Required Experience and Technical Skills

The role demands four years of dedicated DevOps experience with proficiency in the leading cloud and container technologies.

• Experience: 4+ years of DevOps experience.
• Certifications: AWS certification is required.
• Core Tools: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Scripting: Strong scripting skills.
• Security: Strong knowledge of security best practices.
