Dayforce, a global Human Capital Management (HCM) company, is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator Sr to focus on their Dayforce Link platform. Dayforce Link is a centralized, secure cloud solution managing data integration, transformation, and file transfers between internal systems and external trading partners, powered by IBM Sterling B2Bi.

This is a Full-time, Remote position in the United States. All candidates must be a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident, or green card holder.

About the Opportunity and Technical Focus

This senior role is deeply technical, focusing on deploying, configuring, and maintaining containerized Sterling B2Bi applications within a scalable cloud environment (Azure/AWS). You will be a key player in automation, security, disaster recovery, and ensuring robust B2B communication protocols are adhered to.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Application & Infrastructure:
  • Deploy containerized Sterling applications with Kubernetes, optimizing resource utilization and performance.
  • Design and implement scalable cloud-based infrastructure solutions for Sterling B2Bi using Azure/AWS services.
  • Automate provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.
• Sterling B2Bi Expertise:
  • Design and support Business Processes using the IBM Graphical Process Modeling tool.
  • Perform system testing, tuning, and capacity planning.
  • Perform ifix’s and application upgrades.
  • Configure and manage Routing Channel Templates.
  • Knowledge of Web services using methods such as SOAP and RESTful.
• Security & Protocols:
  • Ensure all file transmissions and adapters are secured according to InfoSec standards.
  • Manage PGP Keys and configure services/adapters.
  • Proficient in various B2B communication protocols such as FTPS, SFTP, HTTP/S, and AS2.
• Environment Management:
  • Responsible for managing all environmental instances: Production, DR, Dev, and Test.
  • Ensure clustered architectures adhere to High Availability, workload management, and Disaster Recovery practices.
  • Assist the Application Administrator with regular DR tests.

Key Requirements and Technology Stack

The role requires a strong background in both IBM Sterling B2Bi (or equivalent B2B integration platforms) and modern cloud/DevOps practices.

• Cloud & DevOps: Kubernetes, Azure/AWS, Terraform, Ansible.
• Protocols & Security: FTPS, SFTP, AS2, PGP Keys.
