Emerging Tech is seeking an organized and motivated Business Operations Coordinator to provide essential support to their capture and business operations teams. This entry-level, full-time remote role is key to coordinating proposals, supporting outreach, and ensuring smooth internal processes.

This is a Full-time, Entry-Level, Remote position. The compensation range is $40,000 – $50,000, along with generous PTO, federal holidays, and standard benefits.


About the Role and Core Mandate

This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual comfortable managing multiple priorities. The Coordinator ensures that strategic goals are advanced through efficient support of the sales cycle, vendor relations, and internal governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and Proposal Support:
    • Support the capture process by tracking opportunities and coordinating meetings.
    • Collaborate across departments to manage proposal timelines, gather inputs, and ensure submissions meet quality standards.
  • Outreach and Vendor Relations:
    • Assist with outreach efforts to potential clients and partners, coordinating meetings and maintaining communication.
    • Engage with vendors to support partnership development and contract coordination.
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Contribute to process improvement by identifying operational gaps and recommending solutions.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and assist with compliance, reporting, and audit preparation.
  • Leadership Support: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress and key initiatives.

Qualifications and Required Skills

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, with preferred experience in coordination or business operations.

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint; experience with project management or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Work Style: Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Preferred: Experience in project coordination, business operations, or capture support preferred.
