CAM Property Services is scaling rapidly and seeking a Systems Administrator to fully own and optimize its Aspire business management platform. This is a business systems role—not traditional IT—focused on connecting sales, operations, and finance by ensuring effective use, clean data, and strong decision-making capabilities across the organization.
- Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid) or Remote (U.S.)
- Salary Range (SoCal/Hybrid): $110,000 – $150,000 (Senior level up to $150K)
- Salary Range (Remote): $100,000 – $135,000
- Focus: Aspire administration, operational efficiency, data integrity, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: System Ownership and Operational Bridge
You will be the bridge between technology and operations, ensuring the Aspire platform supports growth across critical service workflows.
- Aspire Administration: Serve as the go-to Aspire expert, administering users, roles, permissions, and workflows.
- Module Configuration: Configure critical service workflows, including the estimating, scheduling, job costing, and invoicing modules.
- Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity for contracts, jobs, and clients, ensuring clean data drives results.
- Training & Documentation: Create SOPs and comprehensively train staff across operations, finance, and sales to maximize system adoption.
- Reporting & Strategy: Build dashboards, reports, and KPI insights to support leadership decisions as the company scales.
Required Qualifications: Service ERP Expertise
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience as an ERP/CRM administrator, particularly in companies with service-based workflows.
- Experience–5 years of ERP/CRM administration experience.
- Aspire is strongly preferred, but experience with similar platforms like Salesforce, NetSuite, or ServiceTitan is acceptable.
- Workflow Mastery: Strong grasp of service workflows, including estimating, scheduling, job costing, and invoicing.
- Communication & Training: Experienced in training users and documenting SOPs, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools.
- Preferred: Direct industry experience (landscaping, janitorial, construction, or property services) and familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
