You will be responsible for the technical configuration, content integration, and operational maintenance of the platform to ensure that healthcare professionals remain compliant with mandatory training and certifications.

​HealthStream LMS Administration

​You will serve as the primary administrator for the HealthStream platform, managing the user lifecycle and course assignments for a healthcare workforce. This involves setting up student groups, managing hierarchical reporting structures, and ensuring that clinical staff are automatically assigned the correct training based on their department or job code. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting platform issues and generating compliance reports for internal audits.

​SCORM Content & Technical Standards

​A deep understanding of SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) fundamentals is required. You will be responsible for importing, testing, and deploying e-learning content into the LMS. You must ensure that content correctly communicates with the HealthStream platform to track completion data, test scores, and time-spent metrics, which are critical for maintaining healthcare accreditation standards.

​Healthcare Compliance & Workflow

​Operating within the healthcare sector, you will ensure that the LMS supports various regulatory requirements (such as HIPAA or Joint Commission training). You will work closely with clinical educators and department heads to streamline the delivery of digital learning and ensure that the system remains a reliable source of truth for employee training records during critical audit periods.
