​This is a high-stakes Salesforce System Administrator role supporting the Veteran’s Crisis Line (VCL) under the OMEGA program. Due to the mission-critical nature of this service, you will work a dedicated overnight shift (Midnight – 8:00 AM EST) to ensure 24/7 platform availability. You will handle Tier 3 escalations, troubleshooting complex production issues within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to support those who serve our Veterans.

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM EST (Night Shift)
  • Location: 100% Virtual / Remote
  • Experience: 6+ years in Salesforce Administration; 3+ years in enterprise/Tier 3 support.
  • Clearance: Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Public Trust sponsorship available).
  • Core Tech: Salesforce (Sales & Service Cloud), Flows, SOQL, Data Loader, ServiceNow.

​Mission-Critical Platform Support

​You will be the primary point of contact for high-priority incidents affecting the Veteran’s Crisis Line. This involves performing root cause analysis on ServiceNow tickets and Salesforce cases. Given the sensitivity of the data, experience with GovCloud and Salesforce Shield (for encryption and event monitoring) is highly desired to maintain compliance and security for a massive user base.

​Advanced Configuration & Automation

​You will act as the architect for internal logic, maintaining and building complex Lightning Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes. Your goal is to optimize the performance of a large-scale environment, ensuring that automation is efficient and does not interfere with the rapid-response requirements of crisis line operators. You will also manage the sophisticated Security Model, including Role Hierarchies and Sharing Rules.

​Data Integrity & Reporting

​With over 10,000 potential users, maintaining data integrity is paramount. You will use Data Loader for bulk updates and SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) for deep-dive research into system issues. You will also design custom dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into system health and performance, translating technical metrics into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Summary: You are the technical guardian of a lifeline for Veterans. By managing the Salesforce backbone of the OMEGA program during the critical overnight hours, you ensure that the tools needed to save lives are always functional, secure, and optimized for performance.
