​This specialized System Administrator role focuses on the technical management and data integrity of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) system. You will act as the technical “Super-User,” ensuring that billing records, claims pass rates, and electronic remits are optimized and accurate. This position bridges the gap between IT and Finance, requiring a deep understanding of CRM maintenance and provider web portals to ensure the company captures revenue efficiently and remains compliant with agency requirements.

• ​Location: Remote Local (Must be within 50 miles of Des Moines/Ankeny, IA)
• ​Training: Initial on-site training in Ankeny, Iowa required.
• ​Core Tech: CRM, Electronic Claims/Remits, Secure Provider Portals, RCM Systems.
• ​Focus: Billing Accuracy, Claims Troubleshooting, and Agency Onboarding.

​RCM System Administration & Troubleshooting

​As the team’s technical expert, you will oversee the CRM and revenue cycle system of record. You are responsible for troubleshooting the claims pass rate, ensuring that electronic claims, remits, and eligibility checks are correctly configured in partnership with the IT department. Your goal is to eliminate technical barriers that prevent timely billing and payment.

​Billing Integrity & Auditing

​You will manage the generation of weekly and monthly billing records, ensuring they are produced timely and with high accuracy. This involves auditing reports for delivery signatures and exceptions to prevent billing errors. You will also serve as a lead or backup for generating utilization reports for specific agencies, providing the data necessary to drive key company initiatives and research projects.

​Agency Onboarding & Portal Management

​This role is critical for expanding the company’s footprint by onboarding and setting up new payment agencies in the system. You will translate agency-specific billing requirements into system configurations and manage user access for secure provider web portals. Additionally, you will lead the training of new team members, ensuring they understand the technical requirements and workflows of the revenue cycle platform.

​Summary: You are the technical guardian of the company’s cash flow. By ensuring the RCM system is perfectly calibrated—from agency setup to claims troubleshooting—you enable the organization to maintain financial health while adhering to complex regulatory and billing standards.
