​Masco Corporation, a global leader in home improvement products (Behr, Delta, Hansgrohe), is seeking a Sr. IT Financial Systems Analyst. This role serves as the lead front-end administrator for Masco’s critical financial consolidation and planning platforms. You will bridge the gap between IT and Finance, overseeing the technical health of Oracle Hyperion (HFM) and Oracle EPBCS while leading a team of administrators to ensure the integrity of multinational financial data.

• ​Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Oracle HFM and FDM administration.
• ​Core Tech: Oracle HFM, FDMEE, EPBCS, Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio.

​Lead Front-End Administration (HFM & FDMEE)

​You will own the day-to-day administration of Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and FDMEE. This includes maintaining metadata, business rules, and member lists to support Masco’s financial close. You will manage data integrations, mapping, and scripts within FDMEE to ensure seamless data flows from various business units into the consolidation engine, resolving complex data load challenges as they arise.

​Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS)

​A high priority for this role is managing the Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS). You will be responsible for creating and maintaining planning forms, business rules, and metadata. As a business partner to finance, you will translate budgeting requirements into technical specifications, ensuring the cloud environment is optimized for Masco’s multi-entity and multi-currency reporting needs.

​Team Leadership & Process Improvement

​As the Senior Analyst, you will supervise and mentor other administrators. You will lead system upgrades and integrations, identify automation opportunities—utilizing Excel VBA where necessary—and ensure strict compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. During the financial close, you will provide minimal off-hours monitoring to guarantee system availability for global business partners.
