This Senior Support Engineer role is a high-level technical position focused on securing machine identities and secrets across diverse cloud-native environments. You will be responsible for resolving complex issues involving Next-Gen Privileged Access Management (PAM), Certificate Lifecycle Management, and zero-trust architectures for Fortune 100 enterprises.

• ​Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 + Stock Options
• ​Location: 100% Remote (East Coast preferred)
• ​Experience: 4+ years in Technical Support, DevOps, or SysAdmin.
• ​Core Tech: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Linux, IAM, TLS/SSL.

​Cloud-Native Secrets & Machine Identity

​You will support customers in managing the lifecycle of machine identities and secrets. This involves deep troubleshooting within Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers. You will help customers utilize Akeyless to replace traditional vaults, ensuring that authentication and secret retrieval are seamless across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

​Infrastructure as Code & Automation

​A key part of this role is supporting customers who use Terraform and Ansible to automate their security infrastructure. You will be expected to build and manage test environments that replicate complex enterprise setups, using shell scripting and automation to reproduce bugs and validate fixes before they are deployed to production.

​Secure Access & Identity Integration

​You will investigate authentication and authorization issues involving IAM protocols and Identity Providers like Okta or Ping. Your expertise in TLS/SSL, PKI, and Encryption Key Management will be critical in supporting a Zero Trust Architecture. You will analyze logs and system behavior to resolve bottlenecks in secure remote access workflows.
