​Owner.com is a fast-growing, AI-driven growth system for independent restaurants, designed to compete with major delivery platforms. This IT Support Engineer role is a high-impact internal position focused on scaling the company’s corporate infrastructure. You will be the primary technical resource for a global, remote-first team, ensuring that internal systems, identity management, and hardware fleets remain secure and efficient as the company scales toward 2026.

  • Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 USD + Pre-IPO Equity
  • Location: Remote (United States or Canada)
  • Experience: 2+ years in internal IT customer support
  • Core Tech: Okta, AWS, MDM Solutions, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion

​Identity & Access Management (IAM)

​You will manage the digital lifecycle of Owner.com employees using Okta. This includes automating onboarding/offboarding workflows and ensuring secure, seamless access to the company’s suite of SaaS products. You will work alongside the Security team to enforce least-privilege access and maintain robust internal security postures.

​Global Fleet & MDM Management

​A key part of your impact will be managing the company’s physical hardware. You will implement and oversee Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to provision, track, and secure a distributed fleet of devices across the US and Canada. This ensures that every “Vantan” has a functional and compliant workstation from day one.

​Scalable Internal Systems

​Beyond day-to-day troubleshooting, you are tasked with building mature, documented processes. You will leverage AWS and flagship SaaS tools to create efficient workflows that unblock internal teams. Your goal is to move from reactive support to proactive system engineering, ensuring that IT operations grow at the same pace as the restaurant customer base.

Summary: You are the operational engine that allows Owner.com’s team of engineers and marketers to move at light speed. By mastering identity management via Okta and automated device deployment via MDM, you ensure that the internal infrastructure is as innovative and reliable as the AI growth system provided to the 20,000+ restaurants the company supports.
