​Dual-Role: Business Analysis & Project Management

​This position requires a high level of versatility. You will act as a Business Analyst to develop wireframes, markups, and functional specifications, while simultaneously serving as the Project Manager responsible for ROI reporting and schedule execution. You will bridge the gap between business units and IT Development, ensuring that technical solutions align with the company’s strategic growth goals.

​Agile Execution & Governance

​Operating within an Agile framework, you will coordinate production tasks and manage vendor relationships. Your responsibilities include establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Critical Success Indicators (CSIs) to monitor performance. You must be comfortable presenting progress reports—including financial health and budget interpretations—to executive leadership at month-end and quarter-end meetings.

​Quality Assurance & User Experience (UX)

​A standout feature of this role is the emphasis on Usability Testing. You will not only test system functionality but also oversee the design of user interfaces. Working with marketing and operations, you will review design elements and templates to ensure a high-quality user experience, ensuring that internal applications are as intuitive as they are functional.
