​ArchKey Solutions is a national leader in specialty trade electrical and technology systems. This Associate Project Manager role is a junior-level position within the Technologies Department, designed for individuals with 0–1 years of experience. You will act as the primary liaison between the field staff and Senior Project Managers, ensuring that large-scale infrastructure and electrical projects are documented, billed, and executed according to strict engineering specifications.

• ​Location: Remote, United States (with required travel/temporary relocation to project sites).
• ​Industry: Specialty Trade Construction / Electrical & Technology Systems.
• ​Experience: 0–1 years (Entry-Level to Associate).
• ​Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.

​Field Operations & Technical Support

​You will translate complex blueprints and specifications into actionable field data. This includes preparing sketches, processing RFIs (Requests for Information), and managing Change Orders. You are responsible for ensuring that the technical “as-built” reality matches the original design intent through frequent jobsite inspections and constructability reviews.

​Project Controls & Financial Tracking

​A core responsibility is assisting with the “business side” of construction. You will manage labor and material cost codes, track project budgets, and assist with customer billing. By maintaining detailed job cost reviews and purchase orders, you provide the Senior Project Manager with the data needed to keep the project profitable and on schedule.

​Quality Assurance & Closeout

​You serve as the “historian” of the project. This involves taking weekly progress photographs, recording meeting minutes, and ensuring that all testing and inspection reports are filed correctly. You will organize the comprehensive documentation required for commissioning and project closeout, ensuring a seamless handoff to the facility owner.

​Summary: You are the operational support system for ArchKey’s visionary infrastructure projects. By mastering the lifecycle of construction documentation—from preconstruction takeoffs to final commissioning—you ensure that large-scale electrical and technology systems are built safely, sustainably, and within budget.
