​This is a full-time Marketing Data Analyst (MDA) role at Anteriad, a B2B solution provider specializing in data-driven marketing challenges. This role supports senior team members in executing client deliverables and recurring analytical and reporting responsibilities. The position requires a combination of strategic thinking, tactical execution, and heavy data manipulation skills.

  • Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in the East Coast or Midwest regions and work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours).
  • Experience Required: 1+ years of data analyst work experience required.
  • Education: Quantitative College degree is a must.
  • Travel: Required travel to the New York City office and client meetings as needed.
  • Focus: Database analysis, predictive analytics/modeling, heavy SQL/Excel work, and data storytelling for enterprise clients (IBM, Microsoft, etc.).

​What You’ll Do: Execution, Analysis, and Client Support

​The MDA is expected to be a resourceful self-starter, dedicated to finding effective solutions for direct response campaigns.

  • Analysis & Modeling: Support key project deliverables requiring database analysis and predictive analytics/modeling. Heavy reliance on SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis is required.
  • Project Execution: Responsible for the flawless execution of projects in support of the Analytics team.
  • Client Communication: Be an active data-storyteller and an effective communicator at all levels. Act as a Liaison between the company, client(s), and contracted vendors, providing account support for several clients.
  • Growth Mindset: Must possess curiosity as to why direct response campaigns “work” and an unwavering dedication to personal growth and development, willing to attempt many different solutions until the best resolution is found.

​Required Qualifications and Benefits

  • Experience & Education: 1+ years of data analyst work experience required, and a Quantitative College degree is mandatory.
  • Core Technical Skills: Data manipulation via SQL required. Strong computer skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills. Must be a self-starter/self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
