​Keck Medicine of USC is seeking a DocuSign Systems Administrator to join the Supply Chain Contracts team. This role is responsible for the technical leadership, implementation, coordination, and maintenance of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software (DocuSign CLM). The position is highly collaborative, partnering with Sourcing and Contracting teams to leverage system data for analysis and process improvement.

  • Location: REMOTE (Los Angeles, CA listed as base location)
  • Salary Range: $81,120.00 – $133,010.00 annually.
  • Experience: 5 years in supply chain analysis or logistics coordination; 3-5 years in software implementation or maintenance.
  • Focus: DocuSign CLM maintenance, workflow troubleshooting, contract data analysis, report generation, and process optimization within a healthcare supply chain setting.

​Key Responsibilities: System Ownership and Data Analytics

​The Systems Administrator serves as the Super User for the CLM system, managing its daily functionality, data integrity, and contribution to strategic decision-making.

  • Daily Operations: Provide daily maintenance and support for the DocuSign system. Responsible for troubleshooting, testing, training, and implementing multiple workflows and storage functions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and develop process improvement initiatives and plan/implement contracts optimization projects. Review and monitor daily departmental analytics to ensure high-level efficiency in CLM utilization.
  • Data Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain databases and data analytics necessary for project monitoring. Interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings, including generating routine and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
  • System Maintenance: Respond to or direct help-desk level tickets related to the CLM. Develop documentation (SOPs) and diagnose system bugs for proper remedy and regression testing.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Be involved in the strategic direction of the CLM system and implement best practices for change management, working closely with Supply Chain executives and IT.

​Required Qualifications: CLM Proficiency and Analytical Skills

  • Software Proficiency: Competent using DocuSign or equivalent CLM system. Knowledge of specific functionality within DocuSign CLM and Insight is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in supply chain analysis and software maintenance/implementation techniques.
  • Analytical Skills: Adept at dashboarding, reporting, and data analytics concepts.
  • Documentation: Ability to document and maintain process workflows, trainings, and requirements for the software system.
  • Industry (Preferred): 5 years of Healthcare Contracting or Supply Chain Experience is preferred.
