​We are seeking a highly capable Learning Technology Platform Administrator with recent, hands-on experience administering the Intellum LMS. This is a senior, part-time consultant position, targeting about 4 hours per week, focused on ensuring the learning technology infrastructure is stable, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs.

• ​Location: Remote (United States)
• ​Contract Type: Part-time consultant (approx. 4 hours/week)
• ​Pay: Starting at $80/hour on W2.
• ​Experience: 7–10+ years of recent experience administering the Intellum LMS in a complex or enterprise environment.
• ​Focus: Intellum administration, managing API integrations, large-scale data batch processes, troubleshooting SCORM tracking, and SQL-based reporting/validation.

​Key Responsibilities: Data Integrity and Technical Support

​The administrator acts as the primary technical owner of the Intellum platform, managing complex integrations and high-volume support requests.

• ​Intellum Administration: Serve as the primary administrator, overseeing user management, permissions, system settings, learning paths, and data integrity.
• ​Integration Management: Manage and troubleshoot API integrations with external systems (HRIS, CRMs, reporting platforms), utilizing skills with RESTful services and tools like Postman or Stackdriver.
• ​Data Operations & SQL: Handle large-scale batch data operations (provisioning, training data imports/updates). Write and execute SQL queries to support reporting, data validation, and learning analytics.
• ​Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues related to inbound data tables, SCORM standards and tracking, and LMS analytics. Resolve data mismatches and tracking anomalies.
• ​Support & Documentation: Monitor and respond to a high volume of support tickets. Use tools like Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet to track administrative tasks and manage QA processes for platform updates.
• ​Compliance: Ensure an understanding of data privacy and security protocols such as GDPR or enterprise data governance practices.
