Veracity, an independent insurance partner, is seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Agency Systems Administrator. This role is the technical and strategic lead for the Vertafore AMS360 platform, serving as the bridge between operations, technology, and leadership to modernize the agency’s operational backbone.

• Location: Remote
• Level: Mid-Level (Compensation is commensurate with senior experience: $85k/yr – $95k/yr).
• Focus: AMS360 administration, driving AI/automation, and ensuring system integration.

Key Responsibilities: System Ownership and Digital Transformation

The administrator is expected to maintain the core system while actively advancing the agency’s use of technology for efficiency and data-informed decision-making.

• Primary AMS360 Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for AMS360, managing configuration, maintenance, user permissions, and data integrity.
• Integration Management: Oversee and troubleshoot integrations between AMS360 and related Vertafore products (InsurLink, PL Rating, ImageRight) and other systems (CRM, digital engagement tools).
• Automation & AI Strategy: Partner with AI and Operations teams to identify and implement intelligent automation, data enrichment, and workflow optimization opportunities.
• Governance & Documentation: Establish and maintain governance standards for data quality, configuration management, and API integrations. Develop user guides and training resources to promote consistent system use.
• Reporting & Analytics: Design and maintain reports and dashboards that deliver operational insights and automate performance tracking for data-informed decisions.
• Tier 2–3 Support: Provide high-level system support for AMS360 and related applications, acting as the liaison between users, leadership, and technical teams.

Required Qualifications: Insurance and Systems Expertise

The ideal candidate blends deep knowledge of insurance workflows with strong technical and analytical skills.

• System Experience: 3–5 years of experience administering AMS360 or a comparable agency management system is required.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance agency operations, workflows, and data structures.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in system configuration, maintenance, and user management. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Forward Thinking: Naturally curious about how AI can simplify workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Preferred Skills (Highly Valuable):
  • Experience with API-based integrations and automation tools (Vertafore WorkSmart, Power Automate).
  • Familiarity with Vertafore products (InsurLink, ImageRight, PL Rating).
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
