U.S. Physical Therapy (USPh), the largest publicly traded pure-play operator of outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics, is seeking a Workday Financial Systems Administrator. This role is a subject matter expert (SME) who will be on the ground floor of implementing Workday ERP and Anaplan FP&A, overseeing day-to-day configuration, reporting, and support for the Finance and Accounting teams across roughly 800 clinics.

  • Location: Remote
  • Focus: Workday Financials implementation, configuration, and ongoing support/reporting.

Key Responsibilities: System Ownership and Implementation

The administrator will be the primary expert for the Workday Financial modules, driving implementation, managing system health, and providing actionable insights.

  • Workday SME: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for all Workday Financial modules, including Financial Accounting, Supplier Accounts (AP), Customer Accounts (AR), Expenses, and Procurement.
  • System Configuration: Maintain and configure business processes, validations, and security roles.
  • Implementation & Release Management: Actively participate in the Workday ERP implementation process. Manage system updates, testing, and troubleshooting for quarterly Workday releases and new functionality.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and custom reports for Finance stakeholders. Support data uploads and analytics to provide actionable financial insights.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Finance, HR, Payroll, and IT department heads to ensure data integrity and implement process improvements.
  • End-User Support: Provide ongoing end-user support, training, and documentation.

Required Qualifications: Deep Workday Financials Experience

The successful candidate must have significant, specific experience working within the Workday Financials tenant, including knowledge of advanced tools.

  • Workday Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Workday Financials.
  • Advanced Workday Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a Workday tenant with specific experience utilizing Prism and Accounting Center.
  • Implementation: Proven experience implementing Workday applications.
  • Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of HCM, Payroll, and core Financial processes such as GL (General Ledger), AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
  • Reporting: Proficiency in creating and managing Workday reports.
  • Certifications (Bonus): Workday certification in Financials is a plus.
