Case IQ, a world-class software provider helping Fortune 500 companies investigate and prevent fraud and ethics incidents, is looking for a System Administrator. This role requires deep expertise in public cloud environments (Azure and AWS) and solid experience managing Linux-based infrastructure with a strong DevOps mindset.

Core Responsibilities: Multi-Cloud, Linux, and Automation

You’ll play a key role in optimizing the cloud infrastructure, supporting development pipelines, and ensuring the uptime, performance, and security of critical systems. Sounds like fun, if your idea of fun is making sure everything just works.

  • Multi-Cloud Management: Manage and administer cloud-based infrastructure in both Azure and AWS.
  • Linux & Reliability: Configure, monitor, and maintain Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar) to ensure high system reliability and performance.
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated deployments.
  • Container Orchestration: Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Docker Swarm clusters.
  • Optimization & Security: Maintain and optimize system and network configurations, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with developers to support smooth releases and environment consistency.
  • Maintenance: Monitor system health, perform backups, and apply updates and patches.
  • Documentation: Document configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Required Experience and Technical Stack

This position requires mid-level experience with hands-on proficiency in two major cloud platforms and containerization tools.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator, Cloud Administrator, or DevOps Engineer.
  • Cloud Platforms (Required): Strong hands-on experience with Azure and AWS (deployment, monitoring, networking, IAM, etc.).
  • Operating System: Proficiency in Linux system administration.
  • Automation: Practical experience with Jenkins pipelines and automation workflows.
  • Containerization: In-depth knowledge of Docker and Docker Swarm container orchestration.
  • Scripting: Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Foundational Knowledge: Understanding of cloud security, networking, and monitoring tools.
  • Nice to Haves (The icing on the cake):
    • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
    • Familiarity with Kubernetes (optional but a plus).
    • Cloud certifications within Azure and AWS.
