Hypori Inc., a SaaS cybersecurity company, is looking for a Corporate IT System Administrator to support the operations, security, upgrades, and maintenance of its internal IT infrastructure. This is an entry-level technical position designed for professional growth.
The role is Full-time and based in Austin, TX. The pay range is $85,000 – $105,000 USD. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and subject to a personal security investigation.
Overview and IT Operations Mandate
This administrator will be central to empowering Hypori employees to work effectively by managing the core applications and handling support escalations within a security-focused enterprise.
- Core Systems Administration: Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 / Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, MDM platforms, and enterprise SaaS applications.
- User Lifecycle Management: Manage user lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control. Support the onboarding process (building system images, adding accounts, shipping equipment).
- Endpoint & Support: Support and secure endpoints across macOS and Windows environments. Act as an escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical issues.
- Inventory & Assets: Support processes and systems for asset inventory and management for hardware, software, and subscriptions. Supports issuing new computer hardware and the disposition of end-of-life equipment.
- Documentation & Projects: Supports the user community through the Jira Service Management system. Supports IT projects to completion under the Corporate IT Manager’s direction.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
The candidate must have a foundation in enterprise IT support, particularly with Microsoft identity and MDM solutions.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or IT Support role within an enterprise environment.
- Core Technical Competence: Demonstrated competence with Microsoft 365 / Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and MDM solutions (Jamf, Intune, NinjaOne, etc.).
- SaaS Familiarity: Familiarity with enterprise SaaS administration (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Preferred: Experience with a standardized ticketing system, documenting work tickets, and an A+ Certification.
- Attributes: Must maintain a strong, friendly, and patient customer service demeanor.
