ERP Systems Administrator – MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
Circular Services, the largest privately held recycling and organics service provider in the U.S., is seeking an ERP Systems Administrator to join its ERP Admin & Development team. This role is crucial for both the technical development and functional support of the company’s enterprise resource planning systems.
This is a Full-time, Professional position based in New York, NY, US. The salary range is $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 annually.
About the Role and Core Mandate
The Administrator is responsible for the development, enhancement, and day-to-day support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) and integration with other specialized lines of business applications (e.g., CieTrade, AMCS’s SAI and PC Scales).
Key Responsibilities:
- Development & Customization: Design, develop, and implement customized solutions in Business Central using AL code, ensuring functionality aligns with business needs.
- System Integration: Integrate Business Central with third-party applications and services using APIs; collaborate with IT for seamless deployment and configuration.
- Functional Support: Provide day-to-day support for end users on D365 BC modules, including Continia, Multi Entity Management, AR, AP, Project, and Fixed Assets.
- Process Optimization: Partner with end-users across finance, logistics, procurement, and purchasing to streamline processes, enhance data integrity, and optimize module usage.
- Troubleshooting & Training: Serve as a primary point of contact for issue resolution, troubleshooting, and diagnosing system functionality and workflow problems. Develop and deliver user training programs and documentation.
- Cloud & Data: Leverage SQL Server knowledge and utilize Azure services to support database management and cloud-based solutions.
- Automation: Design and build Power Apps to automate workflows and improve user experience.
Minimum and Preferred Qualifications
The role requires a mid-level professional with specific, hands-on experience in the Microsoft Business Central ecosystem and development language.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional experience.
- Greater than 3 years’ experience working in Microsoft Business Central.
- Ability to develop solutions for Business Central in AL code.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and research skills to resolve complex IT issues.
- Excellent communication skills to present technical ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with project management and agile methodologies.
- Proven experience collaborating effectively in team-driven environments.
