Administrator, People Systems – HRIS & Operations
The People Systems Administrator is sought by the Corporate Practice to maintain the integrity of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System). This role is crucial for managing workflows, conducting data audits, and serving as a key support resource for the People Operations team by administering their help desk and managing employee information requests.
This is a Full-time, Remote position with a salary of $65,000 per year. While the location is listed as Dallas, Texas, the job is explicitly remote.
Core Responsibilities and HRIS Mandate
This role focuses on the technical administration and operational support of the HRIS and related internal processes, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
- HRIS Management & Integrity:
- Manage HRIS workflows with a global mindset, ensuring accuracy and providing feedback.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HRIS data through regular audits and system maintenance.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and system usability and escalate enhancement ideas.
- Monitor system releases (such as ADP) and flag relevant updates for review and adoption.
- Operations & Support:
- Administer the department ticket desk; review and respond to Zendesk tickets and emails, routing or resolving issues as needed.
- Support the People Operations team by answering voicemails and completing employment verifications.
- Track and follow up on open items to ensure timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Gather requirements and support the creation and distribution of ADP reports for various stakeholders.
- Create and maintain process documents and training materials for Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, and other system processes.
- Projects: Support the Integration process for loading new acquisitions as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
The ideal candidate has foundational experience in HR or Payroll, strong technical proficiency, and a dedication to detail and confidentiality.
- Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in a Payroll, HR, or Benefits environment.
- System Knowledge: Working knowledge of HR applications (specifically ADP is implied) and ticketing applications (specifically ZenDesk is implied).
- Technical Skills: Technical proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and confidentiality. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
