Iron Mountain, a global leader in storage and information management services, is seeking a highly experienced Procore System Administrator to join its Design & Construction team. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing the Procore construction management platform to ensure all project teams operate efficiently and effectively.

This is a Full-time position based in Topeka, KS, with Remote Eligibility within Kansas. The reasonably expected salary range is $91,100.00 – $121,400.00.


Role Summary and Procore Optimization Mandate

Serving as the in-house subject matter expert, this administrator will be responsible for system configuration, user support, and data integrity across the Procore platform, directly impacting project status, financial performance, and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Platform Administration: Manage the day-to-day administration of the Procore platform, including controlling company and project-level settings.
  • Continuous Improvement: Update project templates and proactively implement new features to ensure continuous system improvement.
  • User Support & Training: Act as the in-house subject matter expert for all Procore inquiries, providing timely technical support and troubleshooting. Develop and deliver training to foster high user proficiency.
  • Reporting & Data Integrity: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide leadership with real-time visibility into project status, financial performance, and compliance. Actively audit the system to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Key Requirements and Construction Expertise

The ideal candidate must combine direct, hands-on Procore expertise with a strong understanding of standard construction business processes.

  • Core Experience (Mandatory):
    • Minimum of 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience as a Procore superuser or administrator.
  • Construction Workflow Knowledge:
    • Strong knowledge of construction workflows and documentation, including Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and change orders.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Proven ability to provide exceptional user support, training, and troubleshooting in a fast-paced construction environment.
    • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
