Array, a financial innovation platform providing credit, identity, and financial marketplace tools, is seeking a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Systems Administrator. This role is essential for managing and optimizing the company’s Salesforce environment and the connected systems that power the entire go-to-market (GTM) operation across Sales, Marketing, and Legal.

This is a Full-time, Remote (USA) position with a starting compensation of $130,000+ based on experience.


Role Summary and GTM Systems Ownership

The Senior RevOps Systems Administrator will be the primary technical owner and administrator for the integrated GTM tech stack. The focus is on ensuring seamless data flow, system efficiency, and scalability across the revenue generation process. This role is expected to actively leverage AI tools to accelerate work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administration: Administer and enhance Salesforce, including user management, permissions, reports, dashboards, automations, and data quality.
  • Integrated Tool Ownership: Serve as the primary administrator and technical owner for integrated tools, specifically including:
    • Ironclad (Contract lifecycle management)
    • ZoomInfo and Apollo (Data enrichment, prospecting)
    • Gong and Gong Engage (Conversational intelligence, sequencing)
    • Datagroomr (Data deduplication and hygiene)
    • TaskRay (Project management for implementation workflows)
  • Integrations & Data Governance: Manage system integrations and data flow between Salesforce and connected platforms. Maintain ** data accuracy, governance, and deduplication standards** across all systems.
  • Process Optimization: Partner with Sales, Legal, and Marketing teams to optimize processes and system efficiency.
  • Strategic Support: Support new tool evaluations, onboarding, and vendor management within the GTM tech stack.
  • Documentation & AI: Create and maintain documentation and training materials. Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster.

Required Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate has proven Salesforce expertise, hands-on experience with the RevOps ecosystem, and strong proficiency in data management and process automation.

  • Experience (Mandatory):
    • 3–5 years of Salesforce administration experience (Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred).
    • Hands-on experience with several tools in the GTM stack: Ironclad, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Gong, TaskRay, Datagroomer, or similar sales/marketing operations tools.
    • Strong understanding of data management, integrations, and process automation.
    • Experience supporting Sales, Legal, or Marketing operations.
  • Mindset: A belief that AI is reshaping work and an instinctive use of it to accelerate tasks.
  • Skills: Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills; self-starter who can manage multiple priorities.
