This contract position is a great fit for a Java full-stack engineer who can eventually convert to a full-time role without visa sponsorship. The position is fully remote, but candidates in the EST/CST time zones are preferred. This role is for a skilled developer who can not only build but also support and maintain complex software systems.

• Java and Spring: You’ll be responsible for developing and supporting applications built with Java and the Spring framework.
• Front-end Development: You’ll need strong skills in Angular to handle front-end tasks.
• API Development: Experience with RESTful Services is essential for building and maintaining APIs.
• DevOps: You’ll be involved in the CI/CD pipeline, which requires familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery processes.
• Cloud and Containerization: You’ll work with AWS services and use Docker/Containerization to manage application environments.
• Data and Performance: You’ll need knowledge of Databases and Distributed Caching to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Observability: A good understanding of Observability practices is key to monitoring and troubleshooting issues.
