This includes managing the full lifecycle of customer setup and offboarding, maintaining the <strong>CMDB<\/strong> (Configuration Management Database), and building sophisticated automation using <strong>Flow Designer<\/strong> and <strong>JavaScript\/Glide<\/strong> scripting. You will also oversee platform governance, including licensing, vendor management, and ensuring alignment with <strong>ITIL<\/strong> best practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bIdentity &amp; Access Management (IAM)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bAs a pivotal member of the security-focused IT team, you will administer <strong>Okta<\/strong> to handle identity management across the organization. You will be responsible for <strong>SSO\/SAML<\/strong> federations, role-based access controls (RBAC), and automating the user lifecycle (onboarding\/offboarding) in coordination with HR. Your work ensures that every Deepwatch employee has secure, seamless access to Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bmacOS Endpoint &amp; SaaS Operations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bDeepwatch is a macOS-heavy environment. You will manage endpoint compliance and deployment through <strong>Kandji MDM<\/strong>. This involves configuring security policies, managing software updates, and troubleshooting hardware issues for a distributed workforce. You will also serve as an escalation point for complex IT support issues, ensuring that internal endpoint operations meet <strong>SOC2 and ISO27001<\/strong> compliance standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200b<strong>Summary:<\/strong> You are the primary driver of internal operational excellence at Deepwatch.
