You&#8217;ll work closely with Field Service Engineers to resolve device issues, perform upgrades, and ensure that complex automation platforms contribute effectively to human health discoveries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bSoftware Troubleshooting &amp; Integration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bA significant portion of the role involves technical &#8220;detective work.&#8221; You will use <strong>C# or Python<\/strong> to troubleshoot software bugs and write scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
