This includes investigating complex access and authentication issues and fine-tuning roles, entitlements, and permissions to ensure they remain compliant with organizational security policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bTechnical Troubleshooting &amp; Connector Management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bA core requirement of this role is resolving <strong>Synchronization Failures<\/strong>. You will troubleshoot and configure connectors, addressing issues with data import\/export between One Identity and target systems (like Active Directory or SaaS apps). You&#8217;ll serve as the escalation point for failures that L1 teams cannot resolve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bProcess Improvement &amp; Training<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bBeyond reactive support, you will identify opportunities for <strong>IAM process automation<\/strong> within the One Identity platform. You are also expected to act as a mentor by providing training and documentation for L1 support teams and end users to improve overall helpdesk efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200b<strong>Summary:<\/strong> You are the primary technical steward for the One Identity platform.
