As the industry shifts toward natural refrigerants, you will lead the start-up, commissioning, and stabilization of these complex booster and parallel compression architectures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bField Leadership &amp; Escalation Management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bAs a Lead Engineer, you manage the &#8220;high-altitude&#8221; challenges. You are the final point of escalation for repeat issues and critical start-ups. Your role is to distinguish between equipment defects and installation errors, coordinating between contractors on-site and internal Engineering or Quality teams to drive a definitive resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bSystems Integration &amp; Remote Diagnostics<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bBeyond physical mechanical work, you will spend significant time reviewing <strong>trend logs, controller data, and wiring diagrams<\/strong>.
