You must be proficient in troubleshooting the underlying infrastructure, specifically containerization via <strong>Docker and Kubernetes (KOTS)<\/strong>, to resolve deployment blockers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bAdvanced Troubleshooting &amp; Log Analysis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bThe role goes far beyond basic &#8220;front-end&#8221; support. You will perform deep dives into system logs using the <strong>Linux command line<\/strong>, analyze support bundles via <strong>Datadog<\/strong>, and use tools like <strong>Visual VM<\/strong> and <strong>IntelliJ IDEA<\/strong> to identify performance bottlenecks or defects in Java-based web applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bAPI &amp; Network Configuration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bA significant portion of the work involves resolving connectivity and integration issues. You will troubleshoot <strong>REST API<\/strong> calls and navigate complex networking environments involving <strong>firewalls and proxies<\/strong>.
