All project delivery must align with strict EPMO quality standards and internal KPIs to ensure predictable outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bExecutive Presence &amp; Partnership<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bA core requirement is the ability to partner with senior leaders to define project scope and success criteria.
