You will primarily act as an <strong>Internal Security Assessor (ISA)<\/strong>, focusing on the massive scale of <strong>PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard)<\/strong> compliance required to secure over 620 million annual ticket sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Requisition ID:<\/strong> JR-84959<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Location:<\/strong> Remote (California residency usually required for tax\/legal)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Experience Required:<\/strong> 3\u20135 years as a PCI SSC <strong>ISA<\/strong> or <strong>QSA<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Key Frameworks:<\/strong> PCI DSS 4.0, NIST CSF.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Reporting To:<\/strong> Senior Manager, GRC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bKey Responsibilities: Leading the PCI Lifecycle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bLive Nation operates one of the most complex payment environments in the world. Your role is to ensure that security is &#8220;sustainable&#8221; rather than just a yearly audit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200b1. PCI DSS Assessment Leadership<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bAs a certified <strong>ISA (Internal Security Assessor)<\/strong>, you will lead the company&#8217;s PCI DSS assessments. This involves documenting findings, performing gap analyses, and providing remediation recommendations. A major focus of this role is <strong>Scope Reduction<\/strong>\u2014finding ways to segment the network so that fewer systems are subject to the rigorous (and expensive) PCI requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200b2. Quarterly Security Reviews (QSRs)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bCompliance at Live Nation is not an annual event. You will lead <strong>Quarterly Security Reviews<\/strong> with various business units (Concerts, Ticketmaster, Media). These reviews verify that critical PCI controls\u2014such as firewall rule reviews, user access audits, and vulnerability scans\u2014are being performed consistently throughout the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200b3. Subject Matter Expertise &amp; Liaison<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bYou will act as the technical bridge between <strong>Network Engineers, Architects, and Finance teams<\/strong>. You&#8217;ll also liaise with external <strong>QSAs (Qualified Security Assessors)<\/strong> to ensure global audit projects are completed on time. When a client or legal team asks a compliance query, you are the voice of the company providing the technical validation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bRequired Technical Competencies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bLive Nation needs an auditor with &#8220;boots-on-the-ground&#8221; technical knowledge who can challenge complex configurations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Certifications:<\/strong> Must be a current or former <strong>PCI SSC ISA or QSA<\/strong>. CISA or CISM is highly preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Audit Experience:<\/strong> 3\u20135 years in IT Audit, Regulatory Compliance, or SecOps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Technical Breadth:<\/strong> Familiarity with:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Network Security:<\/strong> Encryption, Key Management, and IDS\/IPS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>System Integrity:<\/strong> File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) and Logging\/Monitoring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Development:<\/strong> SDLC security, Code Reviews, and Change Management (SOD).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Environment:<\/strong> Experience in large, global environments spanning multiple time zones and business units.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bWhy This Role Matters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bWith approximately <strong>10,000 clients<\/strong> and <strong>145 million fans<\/strong>, the security of Ticketmaster&#8217;s payment systems is essential to the global economy of live events.
